The Word Ministries is a ministry that is supportive of the Seventh Day Adventist church. It is registered and incorporated as a non profit organization 501(c)3 before the government of the United States of America. We are committed as a ministry to preach the word of God to the entire world in these dangerous times that we have to live in.

The Word works in support and in harmony with the Biblical principles preached by the Seventh Day Adventist church, reaffirming the singular truth that God has entrusted in His church. We believe and support the 28 central doctrines of our beloved church and we promote them as distinctive doctrines and of Divine Origin. We believe in a God that created us and the holiness of the Sabbath day as it was observed by God Himself. We also believe that God elevated Ellen G White as His messenger and inspired her so that her writings would support Biblical truths. We believe in the doctrine of the Sanctuary and Jesus Christ as our only intercessor and high priest. We also believe in heterosexual matrimony between man and woman as well as the fundamentals of family as a base of the society instituted by God. We believe in the only method of interpretation of the Bible (Historic - Prophetic) in which has defined and preserved the purity of the interpretation of the word and its truths. We believe in pro-health messages in the Bible and we promote the holiness in all worship as well as the simplicity in dressing and a lifestyle that does not compromise the mandates of Christ in His word. In addition, we also believe that Jesus will come back very soon for His people that await Him, we believe that the state of death is like sleep and that those who are dead know nothing.

The Word ministry is actively connected to Adventist Laymen’s Services & Industries, known as ASI, under the North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventists.
The Word Ministries is actively connected to Adventist-laymen’s Services & Industries, also known as (ASI) under the North American Division of the Seventh Day Adventist church. Our membership and credentials of service are up to date and say that we are members in good faith and in relation with our churches. The Word is formed by a group of 11 people who are active members and faithful followers of the Seventh Day Adventist church.

We maintain our commitment of collaboration in all aspect with the worldwide church and we maintain financial transparency and according to what the Adventist organization requires.
we are also subject to audits and we maintain our accounting books open to be audited for the organization when they require it as needed as well as to prove the transparency of the operations of The Word Ministries.

JC Muñoz
Speaker

Dr JC Muñoz has dedicated the majority of his life to the ministry of preaching and Christian media communications. He was born in Costa Rica and continued his studies of theology in Costa Rica and later moved to California to develop evangelistic programs in Christian digital media. JC Muñoz, Ph.D. was a pastor during the 90’s and later worked in the area of digital communications of the Worldwide Seventh Day Adventist church with a long experience in radio and television background. Amongst other laboral experiences, he worked as a producer and journalist in Adventist World Radio (AWR), and was the director of Radio Lyra FM, the Adventist Radio of Costa Rica. He has been the director of television series published in national platforms in the USA and Latin America. He has also been a producer, editor and writer at the Adventist Media Center of California for multiple ministries in English and Spanish that belonged to the North American Division for almost 15 years. He is the former director of Univision in Northern California and with more than 39 years of experience in the media, he is actually the Director/Speaker of The Word Ministries. He is also an active member in the Seventh Day Adventist church of Ohana in Canby, Oregon.

Pastor JC Muñoz is married to Veronica Ayala and has two kids, Azul and David Muñoz. He lives in Oregon, USA where he collaborates as a member in good standing of the Seventh Day Adventist church.

Eddy Martínez
Speaker

Pastor Eddy Martinez is an international evangelist and an Adventist minister that dedicates his time to spreading the gospel. He studied Theology in the Adventist University of Central America and has been a church pastor and professor for more than 25 years. He also has a masters degree in family and is actually pursuing his doctorate with the International Ibero-American University.

Pastor Eddy has an ample experience in public evangelism and has been a lecturer in all the American continent and actually resides in Costa Rica alongside with his wife and kids. This loyal servant of great heart is willing to go wherever God calls him to. Pastor Martinez has taken the responsibility of being an associate evangelist with The Word Ministries.

Edgar García
Speaker

Pastor Edgar Garcia studied Theology in Mexico and was born in the United States of America. He is the son of Mexican parents, and is an avid reader and preacher of the word of God. He has worked as a missionary since the day that he graduated, taking God’s calling He made in his life with faith. The Pastor has dedicated his life to spread the eternal gospel. He is actually an evangelist associated with The Word Ministries for North America.
